You don’t need longer hours. You need shorter, clearer sessions that you can repeat every week—even during exams.

This is a humane system that balances deep focus with fast feedback so learning sticks.

The Weekly System

  • 4 x 45‑minute focus blocks, minimum 3

  • One 15‑minute spaced‑repetition recap after each block

  • Friday recap: write 5 bullet insights and one adjustment for next week

Example week:

  • Mon 18:00, Tue 18:00, Thu 18:00, Sat 10:30

  • Recaps immediately after each session

How to Make Blocks Stick

  • Phone out of room, full‑screen notes, one‑tab rule

  • Write a mini plan at minute 0 and a 3‑bullet recap at minute 45

  • Use environment cues: same desk, same music, same time

Precision vs. Progress for Study

  • Precision: 3/4 blocks completed

  • Progress: quiz accuracy from 62% to 74%

Tune weekly: if precision drops, reduce pace; if progress stalls, change tactics

Exam Crunch Mode (Without Collapse)

  • Keep 45‑minute blocks but add one extra per day for 3–4 days

  • Increase recaps to 20 minutes with past papers

  • Sleep target 7.5h, minimum 7h. Protect the week, not the streak
